Beaten Nevern Cross Brooch
Large pewter openwork cross with embossed Celtic design. Secures to garment byway of a pin with locking safety catch. This Celtic cross is typical of many found in England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. They were carved in local stone by the native Celts and are still intact centuries later. This particular one contains the Holy Trinity triscele knot within each cross section of the design. An occasional wash in warm water followed by thorough drying. Or polish with a silver polishing cloth. Satin and velvet-lined gift box- not recyclable
