Gold-plated orbs with emerald green glass centres make a stunning addition to a special outfit. The perfect accessories for evening, these stylish earrings are inspired Roman originals dating from 160-240AD.The original earrings were found in the hearth of a house at the Roman settlement of Vindolanda Vicus, just south of Hadrians Wall in Northumberland. They only had the upper circle left, with an ear wire attached at the top and a twisted wire below from which would have hung another circle.
